Membership Type   

                        □   Single, Youth Membership, open to young people up to the age of 17 who subscribe to the purpose of this club and are willing and able to participate in the clubs activities.  Annual dues $15.00.

                           □   Single, Associate Membership - open to all persons 18 years of age or older, who subscribe to the purpose of this club and are willing and able to participate in the clubs activities.  Annual dues $15.00.

                        □   Single, Full Membership  open to all persons 18 years of age or older, who are in good standing with the American kennel club, who subscribe to  the purpose of

this club, and who are able and willing to participate in this clubs activities.  Includes voting privileges and ability to hold an office or become a board member.  Annual dues $20.00.

                          □   Household Membership – full membership for adults residing in the same household, and youth memberships for those under the age of 19.  The same qualifications as thos listed above for full adult memberships and youth memberships apply to this category.    Annual dues $30.00.
